This movie seems to be getting a bad rap. We actually enjoyed it -- a piece of fluff, a lighthearted murder mystery, a cartoon -- but a fun time at the show! Popcorn is necessary. |

Despite this provocative photo of Tea Leoni, who stars as a young TV newshound who gets a chance at the bigtime as an anchorperson when she inadvertently discovers the biggest secret in history, this movie is actually very sensitive, thought-provoking, and tasteful -- with some incredible special effects. Recommended. |

| Sorry, but I thought this was a pretty stupid movie. But for those of you
who find sentiment in watching a dying man smash knuckles and knock heads with his Dad or
see something entertaining about a guy who watches women through binoculars, hey! The women were all pretty one-dimensional paper dolls who seemed to be hanging around only because of the aforementioned jerky guys. And the fish thing was only a metaphor, not a whole lot happened with that. |
P.S. This picture's pretty cool, though! |
